[Tigers] Air cleaner & horsepower

I sent a post yesterday (?) regarding using a cheap round 9" air filter with
the X-Stream 9" lid.  With/without the air filter was only a 5 horsepower
variance.

Check out this top. As I understand it, it replaces the solid top of an air
cleaner housing, but is all element itself.  Maybe there would be a way to
incorporate both - or get K&N to make one to fit the Tiger stock size.
