[Tigers] Roll Bars and Seat Belts

Frankly, the way many "roll bars" are installed, being thrown clear may  
give better odds...better than getting crushed under a chromoly tube folding  
forward, over your head...which I've seen, first hand. But, a well designed 
and  properly installed roll over structure is another deal...and 
beneficial!!
