I got mine in 1999 and it was totally off the grid when I bought it.  It was a
one owner car that had been in storage twenty years.  When I popped it on
Norm, his initial reaction was that 382000975 did not exist in the form
described.  Photos changed his mind.  I would suggest that there are hundreds
of others tucked away waiting for someone to discover them.
