[Tigers] 302 engine question(s)

Hi Guys, I haven't posted in a while.
 
I have my 302 almost completely built up:
 
1985 302 HO from a Mustang (carb & roller)
 
Holley 600 CFM
 
Edelbrock alum intake and heads 
 
Ford B303 roller cam
 
Aftermarket roller lifters
 
LAT headers, aluminum valve covers
 
    1.  I was wondering if the stock, 1985 timing chain cover, water  pump, 
pullies,etc. are compatable with the Tiger radiator  spacing. I will use 
electric fan(s) if necessary (or recommended  by you all. I will probably go 
with a new aluminum radiator as well (for  weight savings)
    2.  I need to replace the crankshaft seals due to age. Any idea if  the 
rear is one piece, split or rope?
