[Tigers] Drive Shaft Loop in.

I purchased a TD Trans Dapt universal Driveshaft Loop (part #4140).  It was
not so universal for the Tiger.  I had to use the material I cut off the
mounting bracket to exteen the upper loop by 2".

The front spring mount are now finished and the car is back on its wheels.
Disk brakes next ;^)
