[Tigers] Rust Proofing

They were very big and widely advertised 20 years ago, but I think the auto manufactures have improved rust protection to a point where Ziebart and their kind are no where near as big as they once were. In the 70's & 80's, it was a must for new cars up here in the rust belt.
