[Tigers] ebay Tiger question

So, a quick question for the group. Has anyone seen the ebay ad for the rusty Tiger in Florida?

I noticed that the VIN plate was covered with cardboard and sent an email asking if he knew the VIN and JAL numbers. His response was "Sorry, that info is only for the buyers eyes". So what gives?
