[Tigers] Front turn signal and running light - ballast resistor

I'm cleaning up the front turn signals.  My god they are cruddy from the dirt
thrown off the tires!  First question is how do you remove the small bulb?
Mine don't seem to want to budge and I don't want to break them.  Do they plug
in, screw in, or rotate 90 degrees?  Next question: does the large bulb socket
and reflector detach from the chromed body without prying it apart?  Looks
like it was pounded together.

On to the ballast resistor.  Will cleaning it soap and water or a degreaser
damage it?  It looks pretty durable, but I hate learning the hard way.

Thanks.  Tigger heads to the paint shop tomorrow.  It is a mere shell of its
former self.
