[Tigers] Fw: Bell housing

"small" is relative, depending on the perception of the DPO and their
ability to hit the right spot the first time... Some Tigers have "small"
user-installed holes in the transmission tunnel to aid in
block-to-bellhousing bolt removal (to allow in-the-car
engine/transmission separation). Mine had a 3" square hole on the left
side of the tunnel and a 2 x 8" hole across the top.

There was an aold CAT tewch tip that suggested you could drill a small
hole in the bell housing in order to grease a greasable throwout
bearing.
Prehaps to PO did that. I'd just plug the hole to keep the dirrt out.
