[Tigers] Lower Radiator Hose Spring

I cannot take credit for coming up with this spring.  The credit  belongs to 
John Logan who somehow saw the coincidental size between the  sprinkler 
retraction spring and the one that needs to be in the hose.  All  accolades should 
go to him, I just did some leg work and found it on the  internet.
 
It is sort of MacGyverish, isn't it?
