I agree with Daniel.  I would heat the nut and then soak the bolt threads
with penetrating oil (Liquid Wrench) a few times a day, put a wrench on it
and tap it with a hammer while hot, don't slam it though, don't want to
break the bolt. It will eventually come off.

I used to have a tool the you put a socket on and when you hit it with a
hammer it rotated the socket just a bit. Can't remember what it was called
though.
