I think you will need to cut the bolt either side of the trunnion and then
work it over in a vice. Penetrating oil (not WD40) and heat and repeat,
might work. I guess the PO didn't use copper slip. Someone remind me in 6
months time that one of my retirement projects was to get these bolts made
in stainless steel or TI. Don't worry, I'll be paying a personal visit to
Samco Silicone hoses (almost put hoes (silicone hoes . . .)) before then.
