[Spridgets] Kent's Bugeye restoration

Good to have a plan, though I think I'd have just had a bodywork plan to
begin with!  I think the big decisions once you have decided to go modified
is to think things through like brake lines, master options, what type of
rear drums and discs etc.  The next big thing is panel mods you might want
to make for a five speed.
