[Spridgets] Axle seal failure / wheel cylinder failure

I guess it's theoretically possible to prevent the seals from leaking at
all, if you simply don't put any oil in the diff. Of course, driving the
car then becomes less attractive or problematic. But it could work for a
trailer queen.
