[Spridgets] Wiring harness differences...

68 changed to 3 wiper mid year. Also went from having BOTH flying saucer
PVC and smog pump, to just smog pump around the same time. The 69 had side
markers, but they were not illuminated, they were just fancy reflectors. I
would think that the harness should be the same, or damned close, between
68 and 69
