Uhh, not quite. When you run normal gasoline, the water IS in a puddle at
the bottom of the tank, NOT in suspension. When you introduce ethanol into
the mix, the water IS in suspension. Because you generally have a
significant amount of water in there already the first time you use
gasohol, that first tankful runs like crap because of the amount of water
that you are attempting to burn. Subsequent tankfuls, especially if the
first one gets used up as much as possible before adding more, are better,
although not as good as the old leaded that was trying to kill us.
