Hi Bill,
Your car sounds good, but......in my humble opinion no Spridget with rust in the usual places is worth anywhere near $10k. The mods and upgrades you list are great, but rust repair is the biggest, toughest, most expensive pain in the butt on these cars.
I bought this one last year for $1,500. It had problems and took a while to get running reliably, but the rust repair had already been done.
