I bought a brand new boot frame (skinless boot lid) from British Heritage
and after some minor attention from myself (including removing the fitting
for the later type boot prop that asked NOT to be fitted to it) it's with
the panel guy for skinning and spoiler fabrication. I can't drill and
re-chrome my spare boot handle as it's fitted to the boot lid he is copying the
spoiler from (back of spoiler is snug to the handle).

One thing I might do is buy some aluminium rod and make an aluminium
bonnet prop.

Regards

Daniel
