There are probably simpler and cheaper ways to get a performance advantage
unless your car is a racer and the mod is race legal. For example do you
have a thermal barrier (Camcoat) coating on the inlet manifold, are K&N
filters and stub stacks fitted to the carbs etc.

Hi all you creative Spridget owners

I have a '61 bugeye with a 1275 engine. I have been considering trying
to build a cold air box intake. Has anyone on the list done this, and
what are your thoughts about any advantage in performance. Is there
anything manufactured to fit a twin SU HS2 setup?

Thanks for any wisdom or thoughts.
