[Spridgets] Bonnet locating pins

On the bugeye bonnet, when it is settled into place, and you turn the
locking handle, it pushes two pins into brackets mounted on the front frame
horns on each side. If you have a front tilt bonnet, you may not be aware
of this factory locking mechanism.
