[Spridgets] Gas tank bolts....

Personally I like to use a wire wheel.  Just make certain to hold the bolt
in a locking pliers (AKA vise Grips.) And hold it against the wheel in such
a position that when it gets caught the wheel will throw it at the floor
not at your face.  And wear eye protection.
