[Spridgets] Lining up the Fulcrum cotter pin...

Anyone have a trick to lining up the valley (if that's the correct word) in
the fulcrum pin to where the cotter pin slips in?  I understand that the
king pin has to be at right angles to the A arm but I'm having a really
hard time getting everything lined up to where the cotter pin goes in
correctly.

Additionally, there is only one grease zerk on the steering rack on the
passenger side. How do I get grease to the other end of the rack?
