[Spridgets] Gas Tanks

I'm in Canada but had to get one from the US.  Don't ask.   Tank is fine 
but to be honest if I were to replace the Frogeye tank again, I would 
buy the correct unit but cut the filler pipe in the middle and sleeve it 
so the protruding part will be slightly higher.  Tank is no problem but 
watch out for those metric/not metric bolts.
