[Spridgets] Air filters

I have the 3.25" version and they fit nicely under the bonnet on FROG AYE.
Vizard has quite a bit about "ram pipes" and "stub stacks" in the yellow
bilble.  With a siamesed intake port they are of less value than they would
be with a 7-port head.  That being said, there does appear to be some
benefit.  Longer inputs move the benefit lower in the rev range.  Probably
only of academic value for general road use, but if you are tuning for the
track it could prove useful.
