[Spridgets] Safety improvements

That's what my Bugeye has.

 Like others have said, brighter lights and louder horn
would be good also!
Roll cage would be a bit excessive.
Would also make it VERY difficult to get in with the top up!
Actually, would make it all but impossible to even put the top up.
