Try he Tom Coyote website, Changed its name but still comes up if you google
on this name.
If you cannot find a generic fix on there, then you can get assigned a Buddy
to help who will take you through the steps to clear difficult computer
infections. I have used it when really stuck on a couple of occasions and
they are really good.
