[Spridgets] Quarter elliptic springs

Tom Colby at Speedwell Engineering removes 4 leaves from the standard 15 leaf
spring to soften the rate to an acceptable level.  Two or three leaves removed
from the Moss "Rally" spring would probably be just about right.
