[Spridgets] Gasoline w/Ethanol test

Here in LA you can just pour a little in a cup and wait 10 minutes.
It will turn white with all the water it soaks up from the atmosphere
on a humid day.
I was told (the other source of most knowledge, word of mouth) that
Ethanol is transported in a separate tank in the tanker trucks and
mixed upon delivery to the gas stations because otherwise it would
start soaking up water along the way.
