WHat's wrong with fuel from Coal??
Even the oil producing countirs of Iran and Nigeria are using the SASOL process, and maybe soon the Chinese... So why aren't we??

I've used their auto gas and South African Airways uses their Avgas. 
I've been to their Sasolburg plant and it was non-polluting!!
