[Spridgets] HS4's on 1275

The manifold is likely an issue. Mini engines are tilted, and to get 
the float bowls level, the manifold is tilted.
    I've seen racecars with MGB HS4 manifolds cut and adapted to fit 
A-series heads successfully.
