Because you'd need to drill and tap the manifold and then get a suitable  
non-standard vacuum can to suit a single inlet runner vacuum.  Besides I'm  
not interested mpg or driving in a manner likely to yield good mpg.

Just  because you have a Weber DCOE, why wouldn't you have a vacuum advance?
It  is very easy to set them up for it.
