Well it depends on the finances of the owner and if they want this then 
so be it.

Seriously, it will be easiest if you can find a reasonable RWD car with 
preferably an inline-4, and not too much in the way of electronic engine 
controls, or something commonly used in custom conversions such at 
aftermarket electronics are available.
