That's to avoid income custums duty and taxes.  Most countries have a
minimum value - #80 or something and I'm resigned to paying what duty and
taxes
need to be paid.

When I've bought from the US from a non international shipper I've had a
lister oblige me - Paul A and myself did this a few times on a reciprocal
basis.
