[Spridgets] bugeye won't start

Make sure that #1 fires when it's supposed to; close to TDC and both valves
are closed on the cylinder. Make sure wiring sequence is correct. Are valves
adjusted?  ...bill in corvallis

Point gap set, spark plugs set. Getting a spark from each distributor  
wire. Motor turns over well. Will not start. Will check timing next. Any  
suggestions? Motor has not run since rebuild(1275cc)
