[Spridgets] PAL DVD

Thanks to all for the suggestions.  Dave Yealey sent me a link to a "how to"
page that worked so I could watch it on my computer.  Just have to figure
out how to burn the conversion to a disc now.  Turned out to be the 1958
Alpine Rally.  Lots of neat footage of Bugeyes and big Healeys.
