Whilst your idea is good Kent, where it me I would use a FREE
one.<G>  Here in IL they are known a States Attorney(s).
The 'office' will know IMMEDIATELY if scam or pseudo-scam.
They may already have file(s) on the Dealer for past cr*p like
Mike's situation.  Of course, the reverse could also be true
(that their *claim* is legit).
