[Spridgets] Uninsured drivers face tighter laws and loss of car

O.M.F.G.!  Don't let the Obama administration get any ideas from this!  We
would see another stimuls package where the USG pays for auto insurance for
those who can't aford it.  This means we would all pay for someone elses auto
insurance (besides our kids, spouses, and cats).
