Please explain or describe the term "snow".

 

Here in California, people are up in arms that the new administration in
Washington is ignoring the battle against invasions of State and National
borders from the outside.  LARGE demonstrations and near riots in the
streets as people demand that Gov. Exterminator call out the National Guard
AAA Batteries to shoot down the rain clouds threatening to invade California
on Monday night!  All automobile insurers have been put on high alert so
they can respond quickly to the Golden State Goons who drive in the rain
with their head up and locked in.  Auto body shops, however, gratefully look
forward to the stimulus of the cumulus on Tuesday.
