[Spridgets] NY Plates

I've actually seen a 1st generation minivan and Cavalier with them around
here.  
I'll have to look for them at car shows...they sure were not good specimens,
other than the fact they still ran.

Plates (for life) cost around $200 if I recall in WI.

Pretty much like every other antique on this list, Billy.  I'd wager that 
90% of this list is over 50.
