Several years ago & just for giggles I asked a guy I knew and a good buddy
of a buddy of mine for a price on doing my THREE section, HALF
acre "little piece of heaven".  Mark gave me a price.

<<Hire someone to come over and mow for you.>>

He was 'hired' on the spot !!!!!  ALL he (& his crew of 3) does IS mow
and edge trim.  'Free' spring & fall 'clean-up' is included.  Sidewalks
& drive ARE hi-pressure blown off (and collected and removed).

He & crew in/out of our "little piece of heaven" in average of TWENTY
minutes !!!!

It averaged ME 3 hours 45 minutes plus gas PLUS I had to buy the
mower and edger AND maintain them.

Two plus Two was NOT FOUR<VBG>!!!!

PS:  and after owning the equipment for 7 years, I got $500 for $1400
rider and $20 for gas powered edger!!!
