[Spridgets] 77 Midget Handbrake cable

On one Midget I disassembled a few years ago the pins and arms were rusted 
so solid that they had become one and the same.  No amount of Busty, PB 
Blaster, heat, pounding with a drift pin, etc. made any difference.  They 
wouldn't budge.  I ended up drilling them out.
