I've been buying stuff from monoprice.com for a while.  Some stuff we
use at the studio.  I got a 50' HDMI cable for around $20.  The HDMI
to DVI adapters work fine, too.
My room at the studio has about a 40' throw with about a 20' wide
screen with a NEC projector.
I do not like Monster cables.  We had some Monster RCA cables and the
ends were over sized and damaged a $12,000 piece of audio equipment.
