Because a majority of the buyers either want power windows or don't mind
having them. So the car companies build them all with power windows to
cut costs. These days, people who want manual windows are probably 1% of
the market, and it's just not worth it to the big car companies to cater
to such a small segment.
It's the same reason you can't get a manual trans in something like an
Impala. (or even the F150, i think).
