[Spridgets] windscreen wiper questions

So, can I (do I need to) lubricate whatever is in the tube?  If so, how????



I love the reaction I get from the little kids in the neighborhood when I hit
the wiper switch and those three little wipers make their way ever so slowly
across the windshield and back
