[Spridgets] What a FUN car!!!

All right, the hanging wire and disconnected switch was for LIGHTS!!
I went back out to pull the car cover on and the parking lights were on.
Pushed the switch over one way and the headlights came on.
Other way, all lights off.
One mystery solved.
