Lime Green that International Fire Chiefs (and a handful of other 'equal'
groups) DECREED was the BEST to see.

Few years LATER exact SAME bunch of distinguished folks actually came
BACK to the table reporting that 'Fire Engine Red' was 'superior'<G>!!
