[Spridgets] Bugeye Ground Strap Question

While crawling under the Bugeye this evening I noticed the engine ground  
strap wasn't connected at both ends. The strap was fastened to one of  the bolts 
that holds the engine and gearbox together, but the other end was  flapping in 
the breeze. I can't seem to figure out where the other end connects  to the 
body. Can anyone help with this?
