[Spridgets] starter band needed...

I just discovered that the band, bolt and nut that goes on the starter to 
cover the holes where the brushes and commutator sit is missing....
Does anyone have a spare band, bolt and nut that they can sell me???

I also noticed that the inside of the starter housing is rusted. WIll that cause 
any arm??

Or should I pull it and clean it out?
The starter itself is working just fine
