[Spridgets] Carbs LBC content

I prefer the German tool kit with the wires that fit in the pistons. 
They don't change or block the air flow, and they work at all RPMs so 
you can watch what happens at 2500or more.   The hose is good, and 
better than the Unisyn, IMHO....
