[Spridgets] Carbs LBC content

Screen wash pipe work OK as well.  You are comparing like with like so make 
sure you are listening at the same place on each carb. (Usually just before 
the bottom of the piston, so you can rest the pipe in the airflow at the 
bottom of the piston.)
